No entry will be permitted after halftime. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals. Ticket sales will close at 4:00 PM on game day. Clear Bag Policy One clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag not exceeding 12" x 6" x 12". One clear, one-gallon plastic freezer bag (Ziploc-style). One small clutch (no larger than 4.5" x 6.5") for personal items. Medically necessary items will be permitted after proper inspection. Phones, cameras, and binoculars may be carried outside of a bag or case.

Attention Students and Parents: LRSD 51st Annual College Night is Tuesday, October 7, 2025, from 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm. You can never plan too early, so this night is for every high school student. There will be a financial aid workshop from 6:30 pm until 7:30 pm. Students should register before the college night. The StriveFair registration information and QR Code are on the StriveFair flyer.

Arkansas's annual Sales Tax Holiday is this weekend - Saturday, August 2nd and Sunday, August 3rd (12:01 AM Saturday through 11:59 PM Sunday). Save an average of 9.46% on qualifying back-to-school items for your Hall-West students.

## What You Need to Know

The attached graphic shows exactly what qualifies for tax-free savings. This weekend is perfect for purchasing supplies for our STEM programs, professional attire for internships, technology for digital learning, and art supplies for creative programs.

Online purchases count too if delivered to an Arkansas address. Major retailers like Amazon, Walmart, and Target participate.

- Tax exemption applies to individual items, not total purchases
