Arkansas's annual Sales Tax Holiday is this weekend - Saturday, August 2nd and Sunday, August 3rd (12:01 AM Saturday through 11:59 PM Sunday). Save an average of 9.46% on qualifying back-to-school items for your Hall-West students.

## What You Need to Know

The attached graphic shows exactly what qualifies for tax-free savings. This weekend is perfect for purchasing supplies for our STEM programs, professional attire for internships, technology for digital learning, and art supplies for creative programs.

Online purchases count too if delivered to an Arkansas address. Major retailers like Amazon, Walmart, and Target participate.

- All retailers must participate
- Tax exemption applies to individual items, not total purchases
- Items over price limits are fully taxable
- Sports equipment and video games do not qualify
